Vegan Chilli Con Carne
A Chilli con Carne stew made for our plant-based friends.
A plant-based Chilli (hold the Carne!) that is packed full of flavourful and nourishing fresh vegetables and beans to make sure you get your daily dose of protein. We think even the carnivores will love this dish, it is savoury and rich and is so filling, you definitely won’t be missing the meat in this one. Plus the lack of the traditional red meat makes this a lot healthier an option for you.

Heat in the oven at about 350F/180C in an oven-safe dish for about 20 minutes or until completely warmed through and crispy golden on top. Or heat up in a microwave for about 2 minute, stir and reheat for 30 seconds if necessary. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
