HP sauce is a brown sauce. It has a tomato base, blended with malt vinegar and spirit vinegar, sugar, dates, cornflour, rye flour, salt, spices and tamarind. It can be used in many ways like adding to spaghetti Bolognese, add to gravy, spread on your bacon sandwich’s, brush over meat, use as a dipping sauce and many more.
