Our mole verde is made with fresh green chillis and sunflower seeds to create a great balance of nutty creaminess and heat. The pork is slow-roasted and shredded to ensure it stays moist and flavourful. It melds together so well in our soft and bouncy flour tortilla that you’ll be licking your fingers clean of every last drop.

To heat your burrito in an oven, wrap it in aluminium foil and heat it at 350F(180C) for 15 minutes. Alternatively, heat in a microwave for 1 minute. Allow it to rest in the microwave for 45 seconds, then heat again for 1 minute before letting it sit for an additional 30 seconds. If Microwave crisp the tortilla in a dry pan on medium heat turning.
