Cook from defrosted. Heat in the oven at about 350F/180C in an oven-safe dish for about 30 minutes or until completely warmed through. Or heat up in a microwave for about 2 minutes, stir every minute and reheat for an extra 30 seconds if necessary. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
